Terrific video, thanks for posting. It’s nice to see someone invest the time into finding out what fans and critics alike actually thought of the prequels upon their release. In 2014-15, as we all awaited the release of a new SW film, there was an absurd level of negative, revisionist thinking from media outlets towards the PT – parroting every bit of the toxic fandom. If you didn’t know any better you’d think hell was unleashed on the films in the mid 2000s, but that simply didn’t happen. In fact, many of these same outlets were originally full of glowing praise!
