Entertainment Weekly has revealed the first episodic images of Obi-Wan Kenobi as well as some new information about the story. Some recent leaks are confirmed. First of all, here’s the cover for the upcoming issue of the magazine.

“We find Obi-Wan at the beginning of our story rather broken, and faithless, and beaten, somewhat given up”, says Obi-Wan actor Ewan McGregor.
Moses Ingram plays Reva, an Inquisitor hunting the surviving Jedi for the Empire. Director Deborah Chow and writer Joby Harold describe the character as ruthlessly ambitious.
This is where Obi-Wan lives. It seems he doesn’t have a house yet.
The article confirms that Reva accompanies the Grand Inquisitor, who was one of the main villains of Star Wars Rebels. Reva, the Grand Inquisitor and Darth Vader have a common objective.

“Thank you, George [Lucas], for casting Joel Edgerton as Uncle Owen,” says director Deborah Chow. “That’s all I can say.”
Obi-Wan goes to Daiyu, a new planet which “sort of has a Hong Kong feel to it,” says writer Joby Harold. “It’s got a graffiti-ridden nightlife, and is kind of edgy. It’s just got a different lane and a different feeling.”
