Andor,  Prequel Trilogy

Coruscant will be in ‘Andor’!

The first teaser trailer for Andor has been revealed today, and it provided confirmation that Coruscant will be in the series. We can see Mon Mothma in the Senate and other places in the planet.

This first season will take place five years before Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, at a time when Mothma is still officially an Imperial senator while secretly organizing the Rebel alliance.

Coruscant had been stupidly snubbed in live-action Star Wars since the departure of George Lucas (except for 10 seconds in Rogue One). It’s great to finally go back to the wonderfully designed planet from the Prequel Trilogy.

And it shows that the nostalgic fuss about the Prequels wasn’t just a one-time thing to promote Obi-Wan Kenobi. The spirit of Episodes I, II and III will continue to influence the future Star Wars projects, as it should be. Things are great!

Andor will premiere on August 31.

Gave me cold chills! So happy to see all the prequel love! Been a fan since 2012 but never part of the fandom bc it wasn’t a very nice place for a PT lover back then…

Man I can’t wait for this show

Been enjoying Obi-Wan Kenobi despite the flaws

    Loving the Prequel callbacks

I actually enjoyed Book of Boba Fett. I know that people didn’t like that show as much as The Mandolorian
